Instructions for ordering Kendogi and Hakama
Limited to the capability of quick processing of uniform orders, now we only accept Gi&Hakama orders via survey/e-mail. Sorry for any convenience caused. Please read the instructions and complete the survey to order Gi&Hakama for yourself or your Dojo. Many thanks for your support.
Supply of Gi&Hakama
During the past year we have been cooperating with several different uniform suppliers. By evaluating their product quality and processing efficiency, some adjustments have been made to the supply of Gi&Hakama.
The main source of Gi&Hakama is from the Shinai supplier we cooperate with now. They provide a variety of basic Gi&Hakama models directly through their workshops. More options are available for ordering via our Japanese partner supplier.
Temporarily we have no plans to provide in-stock Gi&Hakama. Please contact for on-sale Gi&Hakama with a limited in-stock quantity. Thanks for your understanding.
New selection mode
We now provide a Gi&Hakama list with all available models with their detailed specifications, which will be updated irregularly. If you are interested in any models from a certain brand, please contact to confirm if we could order from other Kendogu dealers.
Embroidery service with high degree of freedom is provided by our Japanese cooperative supplier. Please contact to discuss the design for personal uniforms or Dojo uniforms.
Ordering process
For personal orders, please pick up what you’re interested in from the latest price list and complete the survey. We will reply with the estimated duration and further information if there is any embroidery required. Once everything confirmed, please provide the delivery address and contact information (phone number and e-mail address). The invoice will be sent then, which means you successfully place the order.
For Dojo/club orders, the processing duration might vary. Please contact for more information. Please be aware that complicated embroidery may contribute to a longer duration, especially for a bulk order. The further process will be same to that of personal orders.
To complete the survey, please provide the Uniform NO., size and quantity of the corresponding model and any other customisation details like embroidery.
Shipping
For some basic models that we have stock (very limited quantity), the delivery will be completed within one week (usually 3~5 days during non-holiday and non-strike periods).
For all other models, besides the processing duration, it takes up to two weeks for them to arrive in UK. Then we aim to ship them to your address within 3 working days.
Shipping cost will be calculated for every order of Gi&Hakama. For bulk orders, we aim to directly ship the uniforms from China/Japan to your address, then there won’t be extra shipping fee besides the price shown in the list below.

Crux workshop provides high-quality Gi and Hakama with embroidery service. For Dojo/club orders of premium uniforms, this will be highly recommended.

For cotton Hakama, fabric type may vary. For example, when 6000#/10000# is not available, 7000#/11000# might be used. Thanks for your understanding.

After-sales
The size chart is for reference only. For different models, there is slight difference in the size. Note that all cotton Gi&Hakama models from Crux are pre-washed so there is no need to choose larger size for them.
Unconditional returns or exchanges are not applicable to Gi&Hakama orders.
