1. Custom-made or In-stock?

For standard orders of Kote, Do and Tare, we will directly match the provided dimensions with our size chart to ensure timely delivery. Custom sizes might require a longer duration.

For orders of Men, all products will be custom-made with an accuracy of 0.5-1cm.

Please allow the slight size error in the brand-new products. If there is a significant error in Bogu size, please contact us for return or refund.

2. Guideline of Shinai/uniform ordering

Our shinai and uniforms are from cooperating suppliers. Shinai orders are placed with a minimum quantity of 50 pieces, and uniform orders are placed with a minimum quantity of 25 sets.

Please complete and submit the order form. We try to reply with the quote and estimated shipping time as soon as possible.

  • For products that are in stock, we expect to send them to you in 3-5 days.

  • For products transported by sea, we expect to send them to you in 75 days (including the order processing duration).

  • For products shipped by air express (optional), we expect to send them to you in 7-15 days. As the order of Shinai or uniform will be processed with bulk orders, please allow the possible delay.

 

The shipping cost and taxes will be estimated when you receive your quote.

3. Processing and shipping duration of Bogu

The average duration of Bogu production is generally within one month (order processing duration). For Kote please contact for stock information.

When the total weight of the orders to be shipped exceeds 20kg, we will directly send the products to your address in 7-15 days. Otherwise, the orders of Bogu parts are shipped every 30-45 days.

The prices displayed on the product pages include all potential cost.

4. Products from other brands

We also cooperate with Japanese retailors, which provide us with good offers of Gi, Hakama, Custom Dodai and other accessories. For products which are not produced in our workshops, please contact us for prices.

Special offers will be posted on our Instagram or Facebook pages.

5. Custom Do

We order special Dodai from Korean and Japanese factories directly to guarantee that you get the best offer. Please refer to the samples displayed on our site and tell us what you need.

You only need some pictures, then we’ll try our best to find the matching products. All Mune will be made in our workshop, which is supported by our experienced craftsmen and leading machines.

6. Payment

We are very sorry that our payment system is still in preparation. At present we accept bank transfer and some other online payment apps. Please provide billing information if you need an invoice or receipt (especially for university clubs funded by their student union).

 

We are now recording the order history and aim to update our payment portal as soon as possible.

 

The account system is not available now. However, your order history is stored in our system, and you will be informed when a discount is valid for your future orders.

7. Sponsorship and cooperation

Please feel free to contact us for sponsoring an open competition or a specific competitor (such as a national team representative). We are glad to support the Kendo events that help promote Kendo sport.

8. Return/refund policy

For size problems in any Bogu products, you are always welcome to contact to exchange or refund. Note that for custom Bogu (e.g. name embroidery applied or oversized), we can only process a partly or full refund. No return.

For quality problems in any Bogu products, Shinai or Gi&Hakama from our factory or direct suppliers, we will report the problems to the suppliers for further advice. Before we get the feedback, we will try our best to cover your loss.

For any problems in products from our cooperative suppliers, we will discuss with the technical consulation team for advice. Note that any damage caused by improper use will not be covered.

For products in 'Outlet' and 'Special Offer' catagories, we can only process a partly or full refund if the problem is reported and regarded as a quality problem.
